Basic Inspection:  For the Investor looking to do extensive renovations but may be concerned about the structure and soundness of the building.

Standard Inspection:  The most widely used Home Inspection.

New Home Construction Inspection:  For the new home owner wanting assurance that the home is or has been built according to professional standards.

This package can help alleviate your concerns in regards to the building stages of your new home.  You will be involved and become familiar with all the stages of new home construction as we discuss the proper building procedures from the ground up.  I will advise you about your floor system and how it works, the exterior walls and the importance of your insulation and vapour barrier, the roof and its structural design, plus more.  With 30 years of extensive experience in building homes, you can be assured the construction of your new home will be carefully looked over and documented in every possible direction.

Pre-Listing Inspection:  Ideal for the motivated SELLER seeking an inspection before listing their home.  

Includes a report on all cosmetic issues, minor and major defects, a Recall Chek on your household appliances and a 90 day warranty, see:  www.recallchek.com   This choice of inspection helps assist the SELLER to preview any issues that may exist before the buyers’ inspection takes place.  This report can also be used as a beneficial marketing tool.  Please allow enough time to make the necessary repairs or corrections so as to maximize your selling price potential.

Spot-Chek Inspection:  Relates to the Property owner or Tenant having problems with a specific property system or structure such as the roof, heating and cooling system or the water heater, etc.

Documentation provided on the condition of a specific component or structure that can be utilized as proof for the Renter, for Insurance claims or complaints against Installation or Repair Technicians.

Renters’ Inspection:  Specific to the RENTER with the advantage being to assist in avoiding any conflict and loss of damage deposit upon moving out.  

Includes documentation on the condition of the property at the time you move in or as an existing renter.  Helpful if you anticipate any landlord/tenant problems in the future and wish to protect yourself from any conflict upon moving out.

Residential Mold & Air Quality, Testing & Inspection:  With the use of an Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera detection of any hidden moisture, insulation or sealant issues are easily displayed.  By utilizing temperature and energy, the camera captures a colorful visual image designed to determine and inform you of any health and safety concerns or higher than necessary energy costs.   This method can be very beneficial and time saving when necessary corrections need to be made.
