I just wanted to send you a note regarding the recent home inspection that you completed for us.

For one thing, I really enjoyed spending the afternoon with you, I found it very informative and truly appreciated you thourough professionalism. I now have the comfort of knowledge in terms of my home purchase. While everything is not perfect, at least I know that I can live with the findings and am not going to be blind sided after we move in. I even got the price lowered as a result of your findings with the roof situation. I had a professional roofer come out for an inspection as you suggested and they confirmed your findings.

Thanks to you I now have all the areas identified that will need immediate attention and know the areas that I will have to plan for having attention in the future.

It is great to have a better understanding of how my home works.

That infrared stuff was very cool as well.

We feel far more comfortable with our purchase and know that we have made the right decision.

After detecting what I thought was a small amount of water marks to an area of our ceiling I called on your services to determine the source of the damage.  Your prompt response to our major concern left us assured the area effected was cosmetic, and there were no concerns about moisture.
 
Finally someone with the building industry skills and knowledge that recognizes the important key performance measures that reflects remarkable customer service. You left no possibilities unexplored, and your time spent in the attic added further value when you redistributed the sprayed insulation. Your demonstrations and explanation of the equipment you used left us feeling confident that your inspection was thorough and transparent.
